In order to gain clear insight into the culture, objectives and critical success factors at your organization, we meet with you several times and talk to key figures that you designate. These conversations contribute to a SWOT analysis of both your organization as well as the position and are the most important building blocks for the organizational and job analysis, which underlies the search selection process.
After drawing up a detailed initial profile containing a description of your organization, the vacant position and the characterisation of the ideal candidate, we discuss it with you and complete the final realistic profile in close consultation. We use this profile in order to find and interview suitable candidates and to give the candidates a good impression of what to expect from the position and your organisation.
After gathering all the necessary information, we are able to target and attract the most suitable candidates through our network, whether directly or indirectly. We interview these candidates extensively before we present you with a selection of curriculum vitae. Together we discuss the selection and we arrange interviews with the candidates you consider fit for the job.
Creating a "win" negotiating for both sides
In order to help you bring the candidate on board in a manner that facilitates a long and successful stay with your organisation, we act as a sparring partner in negotiations throughout the entire procedure, for both you and the candidate. Once you have selected a final candidate we will provide you with a complete insight regarding his or her present and future compensation, benefits, bonuses and other conditions of employment.
We stay in contact with the new hire as long as necessary to ensure a smooth transition and help him or her settle into the new position. Above all we make sure that you are fully satisfied before considering the search a success and concluding the assignment.
