Ellen Kok – Barendregt, partner

Ellen likes to focus on bringing people together. Maintaining contacts and continuing to build long-term relationships is part of her system.

Ellen started her career as an Auditor and Business controller for several companies and then worked for almost 20 years as an executive search consultant for various agencies and her own agency. In addition to executive search within Confius, Ellen is involved in a bag workshop she founded herself; Reffee (https://reffee.nl), where she designs and sells handmade bags with refugees in a sustainable way.

Her genuine interest in people and their careers come together in executive search. She gets energy from connecting people with clients; creating a win-win situation by guiding candidates to a new challenge and helping clients find good candidates. Ellen is often a connecting factor between the various parties involved.

Ellen focuses on roles for directors, (senior) management and senior professionals, including financial and business service providers, scale-ups and fintech; all this around the theme of Sustainability and ESG. In addition to Executive Search, Ellen coaches managers and professionals.
