Guus Nieuwenhuijzen Kruseman, associate consultant

After studying law (business law) at Utrecht University, Guus started working as a lawyer at a large firm in Amsterdam (Van Doorne). Although he enjoyed studying law and has always followed law, legal developments and the legal world with pleasure and interest, Guus noticed that he enjoys having people as a focus point much more than legal matter.

With that in mind, Guus switched to executive search. His genuine interest in people and their careers and his knowledge of the legal market come together in this profession. Guus gets energy from connecting people with clients, creating a win-win situation by guiding candidates to a new challenge and helping clients find good candidates. At Confius, Guus primarily focuses on filling legal positions.
