As marketing & communications manager within Confius, Bernice van Grondelle supports the marketing strategy. Bernice is also responsible for all official information and communications that is shared from Confius with the outside world, such as marketing campaigns (including coordinating their implementation) and is involved in the customer base. In addition, Bernice is involved in conducting customer surveys and analysing the results.
